SÜFFA 2024 in Stuttgart: Another Resounding Success for the Meat Industry, Craft, and SMEs

Once again, the SÜFFA 2024 in Stuttgart proved to be a great success and an important meeting point for the meat industry, craft, and small to medium-sized enterprises. With exciting lectures, challenges, innovative products, and in-depth discussions, the exhibition provided an ideal platform to showcase new trends and technologies while exchanging ideas with industry experts.

The holac exhibition team brought along a range of technical solutions designed to significantly optimize production processes for their customers, an important topic especially for the meat industry. In addition to their renowned durability, holac machines now impress primarily with their flexibility. For instance, butchers can use to process many other products typically cut by hand, such as diced bacon, sliced meat, and even extra-fine sausage salad, ox muzzle salad, and roulades.

This is already possible with the Cubixx 100, holac’s smallest cutting machine. Only a quick tool change is needed to slice various products. When combined with a slicer like the Sect 230, users can effortlessly cut steaks, chops, and bacon slices.

holac had the distinct honor of welcoming Minister Peter Hauk to their booth at SÜFFA 2024. The Baden-Württemberg Minister for Nutrition, Rural Areas, and Consumer Protection expressed great interest in the innovative solutions holac showcased in meat processing and cutting technology. In a lively exchange, the current challenges and opportunities of the industry were discussed—particularly in terms of machine support in production and the role of modern technology for the craft and SME sectors.

The company was thrilled with the valuable feedback and inspiring dialogue with the Minister. Minister Hauk’s visit was a key highlight of holac’s successful trade fair presence, emphasizing the importance of innovation and partnerships for the continued development of the meat industry.

holac’s dicing, strip, and slicing machines not only demonstrate their strengths in the craft sector but also excel in large production lines, proving their efficiency and versatility on a global scale. For the first time, the high-performance multi-purpose cutter, the Maxx 150 LP, was showcased at the SÜFFA booth.
